Helene died in 1970, and Henry died in 1993. Following Henry's death, Ruth (now married to Rev. Howard Winfield McFall) sold the house with Phyllis W. Smith to Declan N & Jean Weir in 1994 for $165,000. It was sold by the Weirs in 2003 for $320,000.
